DJ FunkyBearMartin (/funk-ee-ˈbeər-ˈmɑrtin/) — Yes, one word. Martin is a dynamic electronic music DJ. Whether holding a vibe or blending genres, he layers surprising voyages — infusing latin, afro, break, and acid flourishes over a base of vocal, commercial, and tribal-tech house. Grounded in taste and intuition, he brings global flavor with surprising spice and funk!… especially for a Norwegian.
After cutting his teeth on vinyl in Portland’s warehouse breakbeat scene, Martin exploded into San Francisco’s bear nightlife with a wild mix of dance-rock, acid, and electro-break vocal house. Yes — he was that guy who threw a renegade rave in the back of Fifes at Lazy Bear.
From there, he headed MAUL at The Cherry Bar, slayed the bear backrooms at Uncle Harry’s SWEAT parties, brought electro-funk to DNA Lounge and 1015 Folsom, and served up white-label sleaze at Powerhouse during his early-hours bar sessions.
Internationally, he’s played MadBear (Madrid), Bearcelona (Barcelona), SubWoofer (Rome), is a regular for Feed the Bears (Bologna), played in Mexico City with BearMex for Pride, and also featured at the top club in Guadalajara. He became the only American DJ to hold a peak-time slot at XXL London, and has continued with appearances at Company Club Milan, Beardance Berlin, and more. Martin is the official godmother of Tallinn Bear Week, further honored for his contributions to Estonia’s cultural and queer visibility by European LGBTQIA+ leaders.
Now based in Lisbon with his partner of 15 years, Martin returns home to San Francisco to close the Bear Lounge at Bearrison Street Fair.

Stefanie Phillips

Stefanie Phillips is a veteran San Francisco DJ who has been moving dance floors since 1986. A mainstay of the city’s nightlife for nearly four decades, Here are just a few places that Stefanie has held weekly residencies at legendary venues including The EndUp, 1015 Folsom, DNA Lounge, The Stud, Oasis (formerly VSF), Sound Factory, City Nights, The Cafe, The Detour, and her long-running Sunday sets at The LookOut.
She’s also brought her signature sound to iconic spaces such as the Trocadero, I-Beam, Townsend, 550 Barneveld, The Eagle, El Rio, The Fillmore, Lexington Club, Bottom of the Hill, Mars Bar, and many more.
Beyond the clubs, Stefanie has been a featured DJ at some of San Francisco’s most celebrated cultural events, including Folsom Street Fair, Dore Alley, Castro Street Fair, SF Pride, the GLAAD Awards, HRC Dinners, and International Ms. Leather (IMSL).

Olga T

Known for masterfully transitioning through nearly every genre of music while spontaneously creating live remixes during her unplanned organic sets, Olga T consistently delivers a uniquely infectious excitement to any audience. Inspired by her love of House music and a self-taught DJ in the mid 90s, Olga T began her DJ career playing for the queer women’s community in the SF Bay Area. She has been instrumental in the success of legendary Bay Area events for queer women year-round, such as MANGO at EL Rio, in addition to teaching DJ classes, creating exclusive remixes, DJ edits, and digital “mixtapes”. Her skills have led her to spin in Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, Punta Cana, and Tahiti as well as opening for House legends Crystal Waters, Cece Peniston, and playing at corporate events for Salesforce, Oracle, Meta, The Golden State Warriors, The SF 49ers, and many more.

Mr Pickles

Toronto native, Danny Buchanan - known by DJ names Cake By The Pound/THCKRTANKER/Miss Piggy/Mr Pickles - created the eponymous CHUNK Bear & Cub Social circa 2007. The night became wildly successful as an alternative to mainstream gay bear subcultural events, creating an international stir amongst hirsute club-goers in Toronto, San Francisco, NYC, Tokyo, and Atlanta. CHUNK operated under the moniker 'We just want to dance and fuck and hear good music!' Danny's DJ talents range from non-linear to deep house to bowel to techno and back again. Now operating in over 15 cities, CHUNK and Mr Pickles have solidified their space in the Gay Bear and LGBTQIA+ communities. Listen for the sound, stay for the hotness, and see you on the D-floor!

Polyglamorous

Polyglamorous is DJ's BEYA (Ben Bellayuto) and Mark O'Brien, two of the founders of this queer party. With annual staples including Pink Block and Sneaks, the crew has welcomed thousands of dancers to the floor since 2015. Polyglamorous parties showcase a diverse range of underground talent and aim to provide a welcoming space for folks from all corners of the community to cut loose and celebrate themselves. As a DJ team, Mark and Ben bring this energy to their sets, ranging from joyful upbeat house to mind-bending techno, and calling all the freaks and geeks to the dance floor.

Dan's greatest love is selecting happy, vocal-driven tracks that set his listeners' hearts soaring. He draws inspiration from San Francisco's tea dance events, as well as pool parties and outdoor festivals. His recent gigs include Bearrison Street Fair (San Francisco) and Oscar's World-Famous T-Dance (Palm Springs).
He has a special place in his heart for flag dancers (also known as 'flaggers') and plays for them every month in San Francisco. Dan loves seeing the flaggers move and groove to the music he brings. He recently DJed an amazing event called "Flagging In The Desert" (Palm Springs), and has played for them at San Francisco International Airport's "SFO Celebrates Pride."
Dan is also a new music producer, and finds nothing quite as wonderful as turning an old classic or a new hit into something everyone can dance to!
